Return Policy
All orders at Farzi are freshly made . It takes a lot of effort and high-quality cloth to make your custom order. That is the reason why we don't accept return requests. However, if you are not satisfied with the product, you can get in touch with our representative and we'll be happy to formulate a new one for you.
Replacement
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging tampers, you can raise a request for replacement by emailing us at Support@farzi.co with necessary details and we'll ensure that a brand new package is issued to you at no additional cost.
Order Cancellation
In case you change your mind after placing the order, you can drop us an email at Support@farzi.co to raise the cancellation request. Please note that cancellation requests will be addressed only up to 3 hours after receiving the order. Once the order is made, no cancellation will be possible.
